While we do highly recommend Phorest to maximize the value of this service, we do work with salons that utilize other online booking systems such as Meevo, Vagaro, and other custom options. We require salons we work with to enable online booking to maximize results.
At most salons, marketing is left on the back burner and picked up by either the owner, guest happiness team, or savvy stylists to handle – specifically in the less busy times. What doesn’t work about this is there is little to no long term strategy.
I ask my clients to stick with the system for a minimum of 3 months for 1 reason = results are not immediate. We invest a significant amount of time in setup, so we ask you to expect at least a 3 month commitment.
Should you feel the monthly plan is not working for you before 3 months, I ask you to schedule a 1-on-1 to better understand how we can improve.
No, we do not offer social media management because this is best handled in house for a personalized feel. We will however assist with social media ads and strategy.
Yes! Your guest services team are the people who likely know your salon, guests and stylists best. I generally offer my salons to add me to their team slack so I am readily available for updates and questions.
I offer a once per month marketing topic group call for your Guests Happiness team members to attend and collaborate with other members. Additionally, the monthly plan includes a monthly call that can be attended by you and anyone in your team.
No, but we do offer website hosting at a discounted rate if you do.
For me to best understand how your salon and services work, I thoroughly enjoy booking an appointment and participating in your guest journey. This presents a wonderful opportunity to audit your process & capture images at the salon.
To schedule a salon visit, we must be working together for a minimum of 6 months. We split my travel costs 50/50.
