Terms of Service
These terms outline the policies for website hosting services provided by Opanova Digital. By using our hosting services, you agree to the following terms.
👥 Hosting Support & Boundaries
Hosting includes support for hosting-related issues only: server outages, backups, and email accounts. Website updates, plugin issues, or design changes are not included and will be quoted separately or covered under a Sakura Maintenance Plan.

📊 Terms Summary
Late Payments
30+ days late: 10% late fee
35+ days late: Website suspension + $100 reinstatement fee
60+ days late: Permanent removal from server + $250 reinstatement fee + 1-year prepayment
Terminations
Client: 45-day notice requested. Migration is client’s responsibility. ($150/hr for assistance)
Opanova: 90-day notice if services are discontinued
🔄 Migration Support
We offer complimentary migration for all new hosting clients transferring their WordPress website to Opanova. This includes setup, configuration, and DNS assistance.
If you choose to migrate away from Opanova:
Self-Migration: Free (we’ll provide access to files and backups)
Assisted Migration: $500 flat fee for packaging, transferring, and DNS support

💳 Hosting Payment & Fees
Payment Due: Payment must be made within 30 days of invoice.
Late Fee: 10% added at 30+ days.
Suspension: Website suspended at 35+ days. $100 reinstatement fee.
Account Removal: At 60+ days, hosting is terminated. $250 reinstatement + 1-year prepayment to resume service.
⚙️ Service Adjustments
If your site requires additional server resources, we’ll provide a 30-day notice before any changes in cost.
❌ Hosting Termination
Opanova-Initiated: We reserve the right to end hosting services with 60-day notice.
Client-Initiated: 30-day notice requested. Migration is your responsibility. We can assist at $150/hour.
🔧 Maintenance & Backups
Plugin Updates: Performed weekly/monthly outside of client business hours.
Backups: Nightly backups with restoration available on request.
📌 Liability & Disclaimers
We are not liable for security breaches, service interruptions, or data loss.
We are not responsible for client-caused issues (e.g., unauthorized edits or installations). Repair support will be billed accordingly.
🚫 Acceptable Use Policy
Sites hosted with Opanova must comply with all applicable laws. Content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful may result in suspension or termination.
🌪️ Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for service delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.
⚖️ Applicable Laws
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Jurisdiction resides within the courts of Ohio.

Hosting is delivered via our infrastructure partner, WPMU Dev. Hosting plans are managed and billed by Opanova Digital.
